HOW TO ORDER: If you would rather not order our products online through
Paypal, we can accommodate your purchase in other ways. Have ready the
serial number, the price and a brief description of the item/s you want.
We accept echecks, money orders, and cashiers checks. Personal checks
are also acceptable, but must first be cleared by the bank. Payment is
accepted in US dollars only. Please make checks and money orders payable
to Mauweema Trading Company. Personal checks must be drawn on a US bank.
We do not ship orders COD.
A $5.00 bank processing charge will apply to orders from customers
residing outside the USA. Checks returned to us unpaid will incur a $30.00
service charge.

number. If you send your payment by snail mail, we will put your item/s
on hold for a reasonable amount of time while we await your payment, but

Shipping
Information
SHIPPING AND HANDLING: There is a $6.00 handling fee for each item, except
on the Smudge Kit page where handling fees vary, plus shipping. All orders
are shipped insured. Before your order is processed we will contact you with
the exact charges
for your consent unless you order through Paypal where it will be calculated
upon check out.
Although we try to be as efficient as possible, allow 1 to 10 days for us
to process your order. This does not include shipping time. If you are in
a hurry, let us know and we will be as timely as possible. In this case you
might consider quicker shipping. UPS offers a 3 day, a 2 day, and a next
day service. This shipping service is not available to Hawaii or Alaska.
For those outside the USA, orders will be shipped using Global Express mail
unless otherwise arranged. Delivery time is 2 to 5 days and includes insurance.
If your country does not have this option we will use Parcel Post-Air and
include insurance. You can also use Federal Express which has several shipping
options.
Customer information
GIFT WRAPPING: For
an extra $7.00 per item, we are happy to gift wrap your order in beautiful
wrapping paper and enclose a lovely card
with a sentiment from you to a third party. Just call to make arrangements.
PRIVACY: We respect your privacy and will not sell or exchange names
or any information about our customers with third parties.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
We take great pride in bringing you, our valued customer, the
best in quality. Please
remember that we want you to be
happy with your purchase and will guarantee your satisfaction.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the item that
you have purchased,
just return it within 15 days of receipt and we will promptly send
you a refund, credit, or exchange.
If you want an exchange you will be charged for additional shipping
and handling to get it to you. We can't refund shipping charges or accept
the return of worn, or customer damaged items. Refunds will be issued
in the same method as the order was paid less shipping and handling charges.
When shipping back an item be sure to insure the package as you
will be responsible for it until we receive it. It is a good idea to
keep your UPS or postal receipt until you receive your refund, credit,
or exchange. Please use original packing materials and box.
